Two workbooks. Save $9 on the pair.

Both volumes of the Soft Ground Collection, delivered together as two PDFs — 68 pages of fillable, hyperlinked exercises for the part of the work that happens after the reading.

Volume One — Still Here

A workbook about steadiness. It never asks you to describe what happened to you. It works instead on how the past shows up now: the early warning signals your body sends before your thoughts catch up, the weeks of the year that land heavier than they should, and who currently has access to you.

Ten worksheets — window of tolerance, body signals, patterns without playback, your grounding menu, retiring old survival strategies, the calendar map, boundary scripts, the safety audit, and asking specifically
The STEADY Reset and the Threat or Memory? tool
A nervous system log and a fourteen-day habit grid

Volume Two — Worth Keeping

A workbook for the person everyone relies on. No affirmations, no mirror work — audits, scripts and evidence instead.

Ten worksheets — the inventory nobody made you do, whose voice the criticism is in, the yes you didn't mean, your non-negotiables, learning to receive, rest without earning it, the relationship audit, and your own permission slip
The WORTH Check and the Approval Matrix
The Cost of Yes log — two weeks of evidence that turns a feeling into a number

Why they work together

The first volume builds the steadiness. The second builds the standards. Most people need one to hold the other — the boundaries in volume two are far easier to keep once your nervous system has some ground under it.

Also included in both

A ten-statement check-in to re-take and compare, ten reflection prompts, open journal pages, a thirty-day action plan with real dates, four weekly check-ins, a closing review, and a resources page.

Three ways to use them

iPad or tablet — import into GoodNotes or Notability and handwrite over the guide lines with a stylus
Mac or PC — open in Preview, Adobe Reader or Chrome and type directly into 600+ live form fields across the pair
Printed — print at home and use a pen; fields print as blank space, lines stay visible
