For the person everyone else relies on

You notice what everybody needs. You say yes before you have finished deciding. You could list your faults far faster than your strengths, and you have a quiet resentment you cannot quite justify.

Worth Keeping is a 34-page digital workbook that will not tell you to love yourself. There is nothing here to repeat into a mirror. Instead it shows you where your generosity leaks out — and gives you the audits, scripts and evidence to close the gap.

What's inside

Ten worksheets, built in sequence: the inventory nobody made you do, whose voice the criticism is actually in, the yes you didn't mean, your non-negotiables, the best-friend test, the body you live in, learning to receive, rest without earning it, the relationship audit, and your own written permission slip
A ten-statement check-in to take now and again in eight weeks, with a reading guide
The Cost of Yes log — two weeks of evidence that turns a vague feeling into a number you can act on
The WORTH Check — five questions to run before you answer anybody, in about forty seconds
The Approval Matrix — a four-box tool for the decision you are currently agonising over
A fourteen-day habit grid, ten reflection prompts, four open journal pages, a thirty-day action plan with dates, four weekly check-ins, a closing review, and a resources page

Three ways to use it

iPad or tablet — import into GoodNotes or Notability and handwrite over the guide lines with a stylus
Mac or PC — open in Preview, Adobe Reader or Chrome and type directly into 300+ live form fields
Printed — print at home and use a pen; fields print as blank space, lines stay visible

Who it's for

Chronic over-givers, recovering people-pleasers, and anyone whose self-worth is currently being calculated from how useful they were today.
